Base Plate Options

Other base plate options are:-

Extended Weld PlateExtended Weld Plate – these extend past the sides of the jaws on the clamp and have two holes to allow the user to screw into a wall (for example)

Rail Nuts

Uni-Strut and Rail Nuts – these allow the user to fit uni-strut to the wall then replace the need for a base plate with a Rail Nut. This solution reduces the number of holes needed to be drilled and makes a very tidy way of securing multi tube runs (for example gas lines into a laboratory).

Uni-StrutThe uni-strut mounting rail is supplied in 1 or 2 meter lengths.

Stacking BoltsIf you want to stack clamps then you require Stacking Bolts to bolt the clamps together. We would also recommend using Locking Plates if stacking the clamps to ensure that all of the bolts don’t loosen if you want to remove one clamp.

Locking Plates

Jaws are available in Aluminium, rubber or Polyamide for use in high temperature applications and where polypropylene is not suitable.

The standard bolts are hex head, but can also be slotted screw or allen key versions.

Base and cover plates are also available in Stainless Steel

FTI also offer the full range of components to purchase individually (ie Jaws / Cover Plate / Weld Plate and Bolts) Contact us for further details.
