Servomex have awarded FTI with a special award for “Excellent Customer Service” at their recent Vendor Day.
This is the second Vendor Day that Servomex have arranged, and the second time that FTI have been rewarded for their efforts and close working partnership, the first Vendor Day was in 2010 when FTI were acknowledged for “Excellent Operational Performance”
Andrew Parker (MD) commented on the award “FTI as a business tries to live by its values and mission (see below), and a lot of the words used by Servomex when handing over the award where in line with these principles which was incredibly pleasing to hear”
Andrew and Emma Hyland (Customer Service Manager) were delighted to receive the award on behalf of the company and Andrew was also quick to praise the efforts and commitment that all the FTI staff put in to the business that enabled the company to win such a prestigious award.
