1000 Series Variable Area Flowmeter

The FTI Series 1000 range of Variable Area Flowmeters are suitable for measuring the instantaneous flow rate of virtually any process liquid or gas. The principle of operation of the variable area flowmeter is quite simple:-

The height attained by the float in its tapered flow tube is directly related to a calibrated scale. The flow should be read from the centre of the ball.

The Series 1000 flowmeters have rear facing connections as standard and the flowmeters are supplied complete with 2 x M3 mounting screws.r facing connections, with or without integral control valves.
