The highest-ranking grade of high-temperature models out of the Ultra Clean Valve specifications made to
UHP specifications. The ultimate in metallic diaphragm-operated valves with resins completely removed from their gas contact areas. These valves can be used while they are heated to 250ºC as a whole.

Best suited for use as MOCVD changeover valves.
