Metal Diaphragm Valves
Standard models from the Ultra Clean Valve series made to UHP specifications. These models come
with connection joints in three sizes, 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2", as standard. These valves work over a wide
range of flow rates, from a minimum to as high as 100L/min (N2).
- Seat structure offering superb leak performance to promise enhanced reliability.
